Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Pockeo mobile app, published by M.K, an individual / independent developer (see Legal Notice). By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.

2. Service description

Pockeo is a personal finance app that lets you track expenses, calculate an available daily budget, set savings projects, and automatically import expenses from screenshots. Pockeo provides no banking service, regulated financial advice, or direct access to bank accounts.

3. Account creation

Using Pockeo requires creating an account with a valid email address. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account.

4. Premium subscription

Pockeo offers a free version and a Premium subscription (monthly or annual), managed via Apple's subscription system (App Store) and RevenueCat. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period, directly from your Apple account settings. Prices shown are those in effect on the App Store at time of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Pockeo as intended, and in particular not to:

• Attempt to access another user's data;
• Disrupt the app's technical operation;
• Use Pockeo for illegal purposes.

6. Accuracy of calculations

Pockeo calculates your available budget from the information you enter yourself (salary, charges, expenses, savings). The accuracy of these calculations directly depends on the accuracy of the data provided. Automatic expense import via text recognition may occasionally produce imprecise results (amount, date, or merchant misdetected) — each import must be reviewed and confirmed by you before final addition. Pockeo cannot be held liable for a financial decision made based on these calculations.

7. Intellectual property

The Pockeo app, its code, design, and brand are the property of M.K. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at pockeo@proton.me. We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of clear violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

Pockeo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the app, including in case of service interruption.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be changed at any time. Any substantial change will be communicated via the app or by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.
